Why English?
Languages are created for the purpose of communications. Ancient Romans spoke Latin. Icelander uses Icelandic. If you understand Latin, you can talk to ancient Romans if they're still alive. If you understand Icelandic, you can survive in Iceland if you ever stay there. Mastering English, you become capable of surviving in most of the countries in the world and learning the local culture and wisdom. So, why English?
How English?
Before reading any tip about learning English, I should introduce the circle of learning English: From hard work to interest , from interest to hard work and again from hard work to interest. So please don't give up if English beat you about head and face.
